Our most important goal is to enjoy our lives. Since we spend way the hell too much time working, we try to find ways to make work fun. In everything we do, we treat people like we want to be treated. This one simple principle (a.k.a. the Golden Rule) guides every part of our business. Applying it results in a kitchen stocked with everyone's favorite snacks, biweekly massages, trips to the beach, and profit sharing. We treat each other as equals, even if one of us is the CEO and the other is a shipping clerk. We apply this to our customers too.
